Our Classes

Class from Parent and Toddler up to High School

Parent and Toddler (18 months - 3 years)

Start your child's gymnastics journey as early as 18 months old with our parent and baby classes. You will be responsible for your child during these sessions and will be able to see their development. During these 45 minute sessions, your child will develop their fine motor skills, learn structure and routine, and develop their balance, co-ordination and reflexes, all while smiling, laughing and participating in our fun and colourful learning environment.

These sessions are semi-structured. We begin with a song or a game before practicing some very basic gymnastics skills or lifts. We then use different hand apparatus like balls, ribbons or scarves before using our equipment to practice balancing, rolling or jumping. Each session finishes with parachute time and a sticker and stamp for their hard work!

Class times:
Wednesday: 1pm-1.45pm

Sunday: 10am-10.45am

Preschool (3-5 years) - Nursery age

We run preschool classes for children in nursery between the ages of 3 and 5. The sessions run a similar structure to parent and baby classes although your child will be completing the class independently. We do ask parents to remain in the building while your child is in the class.

Our coaches start the class with a game, followed by some simple gymnastics skills to develop their balance and coordination, and introduce some gymnastics concepts. Then the children use different hand apparatus, with the coaches encouraging them to try new things and build confidence.

The coaches then lead the children through different equipment set ups to begin introducing different concepts at the start of their gymnastics journey.
